MANIPULATOR
Use the Manipulator to complete the pick and place operations. The Manipulator device is a pneumatically articulated arm balancer with a limit load rating of 50 Kg to 300 Kg, maximum load. The working radius is up to 3000mm and the lifting range is 1500mm as a standard function. Thanks to the specially designed lifting cylinder connection, we achieve consistent balancing throughout the lifting area. The Manipulator can be operated as a strut device, a suspension device or as a device that can move within the track system. Devices can be easily combined or upgraded using different modules. All gripper models with pneumatically controlled models (mechanical, vacuum, magnetic, tilt, rotary axes, etc.) can also be combined. Thanks to this extraordinary flexibility, each Manipulator can be adapted to the specific application for optimum performance.
AIR BALANCER
Operated by pneumatic cylinders for compressed air, the air balancer can be used for loading, unloading and transport. In the Nihva model with a controlled lift module, the floating feature helps to attach and remove the suspended load. In models with a balanced control module, the balancing function allows manual transfer and installation of suspended loads with very little power.
JIG BOOM
It is a material handling unit with a zero-gravity device that moves material from one location to another within a small effort (1 or 2 kg). With just a few ergonomic buttons, it can lift any component with the right fixture.
