NIHVA manufactured manipulators provide perfect balancing of loads, allowing the handling and gripping of components, with a working radius up to 3000mm and devices, are pneumatic articulated arm balancers in the ultimate load classes 50 kg to 300 kg. However, these manipulators can be made available in different configurations as per the application, to achieve optimal performance. Due to the specially designed lifting cylinder connection, we achieve a consistent balancing performance in the entire lifting area.
The Manipulator can be operated as a pillar device, hanging device or as a device that can be moved within the rail system. The devices can be combined easily or can be upgraded with different modules. All gripper models (mechanical, vacuum, magnetic, tilt, rotary axis, etc) with pneumatic control models can be combined as well. Due to this extraordinary level of flexibility, each Manipulator can be modified per the specific application to achieve optimal performance allowing the operator to work effortlessly in ergonomic conditions with maximum safety.
