Grease oil separator

Oily wastewater endangers pipelines and wastewater. Oils and fats can accumulate on the walls of pipes along with other wastewater components, leading to corrosion, clogging and odor. For these reasons, the use of separators is necessary in the industrial and commercial sectors where fatty wastewater is produced.

NIHVA offers all ACO separators designed according to the principles of BS EN1825 Part 1 Grease Separator design, performance, testing, marking and quality control.

Grease Separator

For catering companies that produce greasy wastewater, a grease separation chamber according to EN 1825 and DIN 4040-100 is installed so that the organic-based grease and oil in the wastewater is retained in the sewer without being discharged. This applies, for example, to hotels, canteens, canteens, restaurants, or snack bars, or even different types of food producers (refineries, butchers, slaughterhouses, etc.). ACO offers grease separators for free standing, mobile use or ground installation. A distinction is made between complete and partial disposal units. Oval, circular or split separation chambers made of hygienic stainless steel or polyethylene, measuring devices for measuring the thickness of the grease layer, odor neutralization, signaling devices with GSM modules, etc. Many accessory components are optimally added to the unit.
